Atmosphere is amazing , except one of the baristas named herman has a lot of attitude , seems like she has trouble fitting in with the rest of the team, which causes her to give off her rude behavior. very uncomfortable dealing with her, that’s why we ask for certain baristas, cause we choose not to deal with her unprofessionality, causes an over all bad experience every time we go. i never write google reviews but she is not the way to go , will be escalating her mannerism to corporate!

Sam is so nice he keeps conversations short but is very nice as well as the girls inside which I didn't get their names. They are fast and efficient and the drinks are so good. Best Dutch bros in the 209.

Great looking cups but nothing much other than that. It’s highly dependent on your preference with this one. I got a really basic one with 2 shots of espresso with steamed milk. Literally tasted like hot chocolate milk with sugar added (I didn’t ask for the sugar). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a proper espresso.But great service and less wait time for drive through!

I forever love dutch bros. I usually go to the location on hatch or mchenry. I figured I'll come to this location since I was near it.Other locations will have employees walking out to take orders. The line is usually clear within minutes. It's understandable that it gets busy and it gets overwhelming but I do recommend to have employees take orders outside to make things run more smoothly and quickly.

The coffee is good, and the service is friendly, but the drive-through line is insane. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. I'll stick to starbucks where I can order ahead and skip the line.
The best Dutch Bros around!They're so friendly here and always make sure they get my drink right. I actually appreciate if they ask if we still want to leave the preferred tip, since maybe I don't want to that day, or maybe I'd like to tip less depending on the interaction! Luckily, I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here. I'll gladly make the 10 min extra drive from my house to get the service they give.

I usually don't go here because I'm a Starbucks girl. I went the other day it was a great experience and a great drink. I went back the same time the next day and the employees were fooling around in the lanes with a certain car for about 20 mins. Someone they knew maybe. Everyone else was waiting until they were done. When I pulled up to the window it took an additional 10 mins to get my drink. Their manager needs to take care of this. Not okay when you have people waiting that can see you being unprofessional.
