El Rancheros Mexican Food

I've only gotten the tacos the regular asada tacos, crispy tacos, and crispy potato tacos. The regular tacos are so big. And they give guacamole and pico de gallo on the side. I've only been through the drive thru but they're fast with it. They're always nice unfortunately I have yet to have time to go inside but I definitely plan to.

#24 Breakfast burrito was the nachos were delicious.

First time actually trying this place, me and my lady enjoyed it very much, just wish there was a little bit more shrimp in cocktail but overall everything else was on point for 4am

Food is cheap but not great, but for the price I'm not mad

$16 for a super burrito. Yikes! Carne asada is not good it's chewy! For $11 you get a super burrito at las delicias! For $16 you get a monster size wet burrito with tons of avocado. Go to las Delicias on riverside. 3 miles away!!!

It was undercooked and soggy with a hair, was not edible

Constructive Critism; I expected a warm burrito and sorry to say burrito internal was cold, even the cheese didn't even melt. I recommend using foil instead of a paper wrap to keep the burrito warm. & maybe reheating the meat on the plancha, to win a new customer with flavor. Everything was okay, but I know it could have been better. But food needs to be warmer!

Everything tasted great, they just forgot 2 of my sides. I called them and they had good customer service and said they would let managenent know so I could come back then or another day to pick up my sides.

The food is excellent, truly one of the last good values out there!

Went to this restaurant10/12/2024. the food was garbage. This was the third time trying it. i figured i would order something different to give it another try. Every time i've tried their food it was not good. what finally broke the camels back was Each time i would order two meals they would only give me one bag of chips knowing there were two ppl in the car (common sense right?) This time knowing they would only give me one i asked the lady working if there were two bags of chips, she looked at me annoyed and responded "There are none in the bag" she went and grabbed two bags of chips and threw them in the bag very disrespectfully. My question is, why work a customer service job with that kind of attitude? Hopefully no one else experienced this disrespectful young lady. Shes bad for business.
