Great tacos, burritos, fast friendly employees and had about 8 people in front of me had a wait of 20 minute's for a guy in front of us ordering a lot of stuff with specific ingredients or its not that long of a wait but it was very good but I should have ordered 2 burritos for myself lmao plenty of parking and the people who were there ordering food were all chill and chatting having a great time for sure

I ordered a chicken supreme burrito. They charge me for $11. The food was not tasty. It was old chicken in it and nothing anything else without chicken. They put only chicken and rice in a and it is really not tasty not worth it.

I've been to El maguey a couple of times over the last couple of years. The food was never good but my last experience was horrific. The woman in the truck was very rude and didn't give me the sauce and sour cream she charged me for. When I came back for it she charged me again and didn't fulfill my special request on my food.
Prices are ridiculous. $9.50 for a burrito supreme... $10 for a quesadilla with a bit of meat.???NEVER AGAIN. The best burrito I've ever had has not been worth more than $8.00 and a quesadilla for more than $6 is CRAZY....
The constant harassment by the homeless is ridiculous. I bought 2 tacos for one person and then was bombarded by 3 others.

Tasted great, as always. Been eating here for years. Service is always great. As I experience any where I go, even if the person behind the counter is overwhelmed with customers, or if they are having a bad day, actually, specially if they are having a bad day or they just put up with some customer being an a-hole to them, just a little appreciation, kindness, and if you can, a couple bucks for a tip, can make a big difference in their day and they will in return, show you the same appreciation, respect, and kindness for your effort. The people at this truck, even in the middle of a scorching summer day, have always shown that courtesy. My usual favorites here are the Burrito supreme (I like the Polo as Im keeping it healthy) and cant leave without at least two, if not four, carna asada tacos. Soooo good. The jalepino/radishes/limes served with them are terrific. Word of caution, careful when squeezing that lime onto you food. The limes been snuggled up cozy with those spicy jalapeno's. In an overly exerted, excited, strong man competition style squeeze, I managed to squash that lime to smitherines, sending that searing, taco love juice, straight into my eye. Did it Burn? Like a son if a *$#&@. Though, I was more concerned on being able to see the next attempted squeeze onto my taco through watering eyes. Priorities you know. My instincts kicked in and I shut out the sting. It was just me and these tacos, nothing else existed. Theres time to feel the burn later. Mission accomplished. Would I do it again if I had to squirt my eye like that again? Absolutely worth it. ?

Parking: Flat, dirt, field. Bring 50 cars with you..theres room. If someone tries to valet your car, dont do it. Its just someone semi-cleverly stealing your car. There are no valets anywhere even remotely near. But if your dumb enough to give a 'valet' your keys, in the middle of a dirt field , in east modesto, then you probably are doing everyone a favor because you shouldnt be driving anyway.

Ordered a buritto supreme extra meat a few times..and at $12 ..everytime I ordered it it had extra beans and extra rice and a spoon full of meat..this place is a joke..save ur money and go elsewhere for
