This is the first time I've ever had bad food at this location. My Pollo Bowl had unchopped chicken all connected by cartilage - just gross! And wilted lettuce mixed in with my cilantro. Must be the day off for the regular cook who makes it all so delicious.

The food was good but service has room for improvement. I suggest actually providing the items/ingredients that are listed in the item description, unless told not to. And when a customer asks for the missing item, maybe don't tell the customer that it is usually not provided unless it's asked for. Just apologize for the missing item.
