Very bad experience today with the chicken I bought, considering how expensive it is, they ended up selling you chicken from another day, it was very dry, the flavor was very noticeable, that chicken was reheated, the rice and the colesla are in bad condition. Too bad the price doesn't match it

Food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. It's fast food, not instant food, but the lines move smoothly, and wait times are minimal even during busy lunch and dinner peak hours. Staff are friendly, and the store is clean.

a couple of weeks ago I called and spoke to the owner a gentleman he says that he knows that he has issues at the store and he volunteered to make up and give me a free meal which I declined I went in again today and they forgot food again when I called them I spoke to Lily She said she was the only manager for the store which is not true she’s only one of the managers and she didn’t apologize at all her only comment was well I’m not gonna go back-and-forth with you come in the store and I’ll get you a soda then I called back and found out there was another manager and when I called back they put me on hold forever and then skipped me to voicemail which is full so I called corporate and made a formal complaint this is been going on over and over and over again for months!! This store sucks!!!!

I waited for my churros 10 minutes. The drive thru guy said it was a 3-4 minute wait. So I left because I had to go back to work.They should of just said it's going to be a long wait so I would've not ordered them.

I went to the drive thru at El Polo Loco in Modesto California on Oakdale Road and ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Bowl and a cup of beans. It did not even look like the picture, the avocado was rotten and the lettuce and chicken was gross. It costs me over $18 dollars and I had to throw it in the garbage. The only thing I could eat was the beans. That is my last visit to this place, the obviously do not care for their customers.
