I always place my order over the phone and yesterday, Monday, the manager refused to do so and that made me feel very bad. Apparently she made me feel like I was lying. She was very rude. I've been ordering food over the phone for 6 years now I won't go to that place anymore.

I really don't know how old the El Pollo loco was. I know it's a busy place so it seems like it's good. I've only been there once and that was many years ago and at that time it was very delicious. I was visiting next door.
