I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Family Feast. I always try to be patient and understanding, knowing how busy fast-food restaurants can get.

The drive-thru cashier was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. He assisted me with my order, asked for my name, and even checked if I wanted chips and guacamole. Because he was so nice, I mentioned I wanted a side of chips since I like to enjoy my chips and salsa by itself. He made the experience much more...

The gentleman at the front counter (Issac) was very welcoming, nice and helpful. Throughout our ordering process he made sure to help us out and explain to us what to do. While the food was overall aight, his service really boosted the experience and made the night much more enjoyable. Shout out Issac whoop whoopp!!

Special occasion. A friend brought me food from El Pollo Loco. El Pollo Loco has one of my favorite dishes. I am in a hospital setting.
