Everything was done quickly but also prepared very well. Enjoyed the food very much. Also the service was very good. Porsche went out of her way to make sure that we were appreciated as customers. Good job!

Our Server was famous Leela she was Awesome. Great service. Great personality. She gave good suggestive ideas in food, very attentive. The food was Awesome. I'd give a 10 out of 10 Everything came up pipping, hot, perfectly cooked to taste. The manager came by and chatted with us, and she was awesome as well.I like highly recommend this place to anybody one of the best i've had years.

Your ribs were so salty, both times I tried them. A couple of my friends tried the ribs and said the ribs were not good at all, to much salt. They said it was horrible and scolded me for telling them to go there.

This is the worse place ever. Tracy was so good and the one in Fresno is real Famous Dave's. This is some

shenanigans. Ribs are all fat, sauce is not original, beans are not original, potato salad is ewww. The bags are used and the container is so cheap. The Italian food is all frozen food. Don't waste your money. This is not Famous or Italian

Atmosphere of the place is great. That's kind of where the compliments end. Server seemed nice, but I don't know if she was just new or something but we would have to wait about 15-20 mins everytime we wanted to get something from her. This would include us asking for a straw or something small, it'd take about that long for us to receive the item. It wasn't busy by any means in there, and seemed well staffed. Food took a bit to get out which is understandable, except out of the 5 of, 3 of our dishes were incorrect. Broccoli cheddar loaded potatoes missing broccoli completely. Cornbread and beans sides not there, etc. Once again, I could deal with this, but then the actual food was sub par at best. Brisket sandwich mainly fat, tri tip was cold, etc. the cornbread was fantastic however. Finally time comes to pay and we did split it between 2 parties, but the tabs were not split correctly with sides and drinks being mixed between the two. We didn't even bother asking for it to be fixed as the wait was getting a little ridiculous. Overall was not impressed, but I know this location is new and other locations are typically really good , so I will try and give this place another go once they find their footing

The reason I left 2 stars is they are not living up to the Famous Dave brand. Second time I tried them. I would rather drive to Fresno from Modesto. The ribs are low quality FAT FAT FAT, the beans are not the Famous Dave beans. The potatoe salad is a no. The cornbread is the only thing that’s original. Don’t waste your time or money. They are not it!!!! Oh and they put your food in a tired box and then put the box in an old bag that has been used 100 times over. Not a quality place at all !!! You should be ashamed of yourself to call yourselves Famous Dave’s smh

The food was amazing. It took a little longer to get our order, but the place was packed since it was a Friday night. The portions were perfect. We even had leftovers. My husband and I each bought the 2 meat specials so we could try 4 different meats.

Down in Modesto with Tippy Canoe and his boy Tyler in their class A for the National Gribstillian Championships at the Forkinpokers Arena there on Gleason Avenue and we drove past Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que...Well, I've never been able to pass by a BBQ joint without at least trying a few things, so we sent Tyler in to bring out a few of their favorite menu items. And guess what...This little Brain Surgeon comes out with 3 baked potatoes! That's right...3 baked potatoes!
Imagine that..stopping at a well known BBQ restaurant and just getting a potato. They were good, they were very good, but just not as good as brisket. ☆☆☆☆☆

Let’s start with the positive the waiter did a good job! Now the negative the food was cold and not tasty at all. The Mac and cheese was not good or cheesy at all! If you want good bbq skip this place!

The food is simply delicious, the chicken and the hot wings are the best.

Very disappointing. I advised that I did not want my bread buttered, and I sent my sandwich back twice. They eventually told me that brioche bread comes like that. I've never worked in a restaurant before, but that sounds very incorrect. Good luck to you if you eat here.

Had some issues with our Thanksgiving dinner but the restaurant reached out to me right away to resolve our issue. Thank you again Sam and will be trying Famous Dave's again.
