I spent $30 for the double patty MOAB, Onion rings, and a large chocolate shake. The atmosphere is chill with arcade games. This is my go to spot.

I used to love this place and came to eat many times over the years.
Philly cheese was one of my go to items that was amazing every time. Come to present day i was excited to be in Modesto and stopped by for a philly cheese and it was incredibly bland and nothing like i remembered. A fast food philly cheese steak has more flavor and for 16$ i can't see myself returning any time soon. Sucks because it was my favorite place in Modesto.. now they focus more on atmosphere than food quality
P.s they literally used the wrong type of cheese it tastes nothing like it shpuld extremely disappointing:(

As a kid who lived across the street from Moabs, I remember Saturday's when my family would order dinner. Loved the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately this will be our last time dining here. The burgers were nothing but buns and little patties. We ordered zucchini and they were burnt with almost no zucchini in it.
The new owners may have given a new vibrant place but the quality of the food has gone down considerably. Our meal cost $31 understandable with rising wages and costs of goods. But to cut corners on quality of the food?
I hope someday they figure out they need to go back to what Eddie did for 40 plus years that kept the family business a 5 star business.

Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, making it a standout choice.
Our second entree, the tri-tip dip sandwich, was equally impressive. The tri-tip was smoked on-site, infusing it with an unparalleled depth of flavor. The tender meat, paired with a rich au jus, created a sandwich experience that was both savory and satisfying.
The sides were equally outstanding. Both the curly fries and tater tots were cooked to perfection, boasting a delightful crunch and a unique in-house seasoning that set them apart from the ordinary. The new garlic fries deserve special mention for their irresistible aroma and taste, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal.
To cap off this gastronomic adventure, we treated ourselves to two incredible shakes. The "Purple People Eater" shake, with its vibrant raspberry flavor, and the "Banana Cream Pie" shake, offering a luscious and creamy banana experience, were both to die for. These shakes provided the perfect sweet ending to our feast.
In summary, this dining experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. The combination of mouthwatering food, impeccable preparation, and innovative flavors makes this place a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable meal. Highly recommended!
