Really great food. My hamburger had a wonderful wood smoke taste. (Gosh, I hope it was cooked over a wood fire rather than basted in Liquid Smoke.) Anyway, it was really good. The only downside is the guy manning the front register. He was painfully slow.
Wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a big smile and amazing attitude, he was extremely friendly and patient with us. We had never been here so he encouraged us to take our time and answered any questions we had on the menu. On top of that the waitress was extremely sweet, and afterwards we were checked on again by the friendly employee who had helped us at first. (So sorry I did not catch his name but for reference we went on 5/7/22 around 1pm) I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all my friends!
Me and my friend went for our birthday dinner. Which to be fair was free basically, the food was decent, their BBQ sauce was pretty good. They over charged my card for the taxes on the meal, it should have been less that $3 but was over$6. The service wasn't that great. There was food missing from both our meals, no one checked on us once. My food that was ordered first came out way after my friends, at least 20 minutes. Apparently sausage takes a longer time to cook? I got up to ask for an extra plate so we could share since my food was taking so long and the server had me get it myself from the counter. Which fine I'm not helpless, but I just worked all day and wanted to go out and chill. Even after getting up to ask for something the staff just walked right past me without saying a word. They were friendly overall. The bartender was nice and did her job so we tipped her. We had to get up at least four to five times to ask for things. Like our food. We like to try new places and this experience wasn't great. And we're really good tippers. Especially since we got almost a free meal. There was only one other table and two people at the bar. Maybe it was a bad day for them. For the price point, I'm not sure I'd return with the lack of service from the kitchen or servers. Maybe I'm nit picking but, to remember bad service almost a week later that's saying something.
This was our 3rd visit. The first was great, the second was what everyone else says. They forgot your order ect. The 3rd time we visited this place on Saturday around 2:00 pm. We ordered our food and sat down in the bar area to get drinks and watch the game. The bartender "a red head girl" basically ignored us the entire time we were there. She purposely skipped our table every round and that's not saying much thee were about 10 people there. We had to go up to the bar to even get the one drink we had ourselves when she was serving the table right next to us drinks the entire time we were there. Don't know what her problem was but in the end she was extremely RUDE and if she worked for our business she would be in the unemployment line. The food was cold and we defiantly regretted giving it anther chance. We will never be back. As small business owners we like to give places a chance even if there is a mishap here and there but in this instance its BYE FELICIA. Oh and train some staff and get a new bartender before you lose the rest your customers.
Never been here so we thought we would try it! I’m so glad we did. The food was OUTSTANDING, and the fries are to die for, and the food came fast!!!!!! This is a restaurant that I will be going back to!!!The staff was friendly from the time you walk in, till the time you walk out! You order your food when you first walk in, and then they seat you. They have a huge indoor dining area with a full bar and seating! They also have a covered outdoor patio so you can enjoy that California weather! The soda machine is available for you to refill your drink as much as you want. And if you like to watch the chef cook your meat, there is a clear window for you to watch! All in all it was a good experience and I can’t wait to go back!!
Service was great, food came out quickly and was very tasty. The manager made a personal appearance at our table and made sure everything was acceptable. Very good experience.
Honestly, we looked up this place’s reviews before we went, but we thought we’d check it out anyway. Totally regret it. Our food came out cold, like not even warm. I’m sure they’re short staffed, like everywhere else in the country, so we didn’t complain, but I don’t know if we’ll be back. The food looked great, but it definitely could have used a minute or two in the microwave.
My Cheddar Bacon Tri-Tip sandwich was delicious! However, my wife had the Crispy chicken salad that she thought was just okay. They have a section for “Full Service” and one for quick service. We chose the full service. The full service areas is the tall tables. Our table was wobbly. There was no salt and pepper on the full service tables as well as no silverware. Our table wasn’t clean. This experience won’t keep me from going back again but it’s not going to be anytime soon.
We came for a quick lunch to BJS but ended up coming here. We weren’t disappointed with our lunch thank goodness. We order wings and 2 sandwiches. Everything tasted great and was decently priced which was great. Would stop by again if in the area.
Nice place, good food, and very quick service from staff. All staff were wearing masks and happy to help. The garlic fries were pretty strong. Recommend the pulled pork sandwich. Outdoor patio was clean and a nice place to people watch.
