Pupusas are alright. Service on the other hand is really slow and they are really stingy with the condiments for the pupusas. We ordered 6 pupusas and were given two small bags with curtido and two small containers of salsa. As you can see in the photo, the amount provided is hardly enough for a single pupusa. When we asked for more condiments the person there acted as if we were inconveniencing her.

The best popusas in Modesto! The chicharron and revuelta are delicious. The curtido and salsa are the best! Salvadoran quality and flavor.

I came recently and customer service was horrible the girl taking the order was very rude, it took forever to get our order and I expected it to be good with the time we waited , once we got it they were super oily and we got the wrong order we asked for chicharrónes and they were just all beans and I got an asada and it was super salty. The serving for the curtido was so small they only gave us 2 little bags for 5 pupusas and 2 small salsas. I will not be returning

This is my favorite spot for popusas since it opened a few years ago ! I love their popusas are always considered in my opinion the best of the best here in Modesto these ladies are the real deal ! My favorites are the pollo con queso (chicken with cheese) asada con queso (beef with cheese) chorizo with beans and these popusas not only are super flavorful they’re huge ! There’s a difference between salty and seasoned come check them out you won’t regret it !!! Did I mention they’re only 5.50 for these giant handmade fresh and tasty popusas !

Been to many trucks and restaurants trying to find good pupusas, most places are too small and thin or barely any meat, but this place is amazing they are big and full of meat or what ever toppings u choose.

Definitely recommend this place 👌

They could use those torches that keep people warm or something to block the cold air but the food there is amazing

Really Salvadoran pupusas are made from red beans! Here they make them from Mexican pito beans! Of course it's cheaper for that! But if they are going to offer Salvadoran pupusas, it must be red beans! Salvadoran curtido is usually not spicy either! Here they serve it spicy and the sauce they give is very little!
The fresh one is good but it is more ice than fresh!

This is the best spot for pupusas in Modesto imo. The wait is a little long but it's worth it.
