Stopped at Frida’s Taquería tonight and wow… this place is a hidden gem! I ordered their homemade sope de pollo, and let me tell you — I don’t know if they normally make them this big or if they hooked me up, but it was HUGE and absolutely delicious. Fresh masa, perfectly seasoned chicken, and all the toppings just right — every bite was fire.

The whole vibe inside is authentic, cozy, and full of beautiful Frida artwork that makes the experience even better.

And let me add this — the customer service is on point. The waiter was super attentive, and the cashier Angel made the whole experience even better with great service and hospitality. You can tell they care about their customers.

If you’re in town, this spot is a must-try. Come support them! You won’t be disappointed. 💯🔥🌮

The staff was nice, the restaurant is beautiful with paintings on the wall. The food was great and they were willing to take modifications for me. They did forget to bring some items I wanted on the side but I just ask for it and they took care of it. I would go back if I am in the area.

Went today and It was ok, the food tasted re heated and was a little bland the beans were good but the rice was the worst rice I had ever tasted. I got the enchilada plate. The chicken tasted re-heated. It was just ok. My husband got the asada fries those were tastier. For the prices they have I don’t think I would return unfortunately. Very over priced.

We just moved from LA. And honestly the food hits the spot♡♡ We had the menudo and it was so delicious!! We were gifted a flan and honestly it was the best!! So creamy just the way I like it. Totally coming back for another slice. Will be coming back! Service was 100/10.

Frida’s Taqueria is such a cute and delicious little spot. I love seeing their Frida Kahlo theme all throughout, and even outside, the restaurant. The details they put into it shows their love for the business. Even the bathroom was to theme and beautiful. They are on top of cleanliness as well. They have a good variety of menu items and the portions are pretty big. It is a bit on the pricey side but honestly it’s worth it, in our opinion. We have tried their menudo, burritos, mulitas, quesadillas, and quesabirrias. The meat is flavorful and their sauces are spicy and delicious. The food comes with radishes and pickled onions which is nice as well don’t see these in most restaurants anymore unless requested. My go to is their mulitas de pastor and shrimp or quesabirrias. They offer aguas frescas and they are good as well. If you dine in they will provide chips and salsa while you wait for your food. The service is slow, usually because it is only one person running counter and order taking, but everyone working there is very nice and will jump in when they can to serve customers. The parking isn’t the best as it shares with other businesses and the lot isn’t that big.
