Today was a beautiful day to walk our dogs to have an outdoor lunch. Despite the gorgeous weather, we had the patio to ourselves. I had hit tea and my husband had Modelo Negro beer. My lunch was amazing. I had the chicken pesto crepe. Soooo delicious with just the right amount of each ingredient. My husband had the Milanesa torta which he also enjoyed. I can't believe we had never been there before, but we'll certainly be back.

Kid-friendliness: And dog friendly.

Had a wonderful brunch here today. Exceptional food at a simple location. If I lived in Modesto I would be back often.

The Country Fried Steak is my guilty pleasure. The eggs Benedict are all amazing, the coffee is fantastic, and the service is always top notch. The space is a little small, so please be patient and arrive expecting to wait for a table! It will be worth it.

Parking: 8-10 spots in the lot, plenty of street parking

We visited Delicioso as a party of four for Sunday brunch, eager to enjoy their creative menu. While our experience had some highlights, it was overshadowed by a disappointing incident.

The Crispy Panko Chicken Crepe was outstanding—perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I would rate it a 5/5. However, the modified Milanesa Torta was a complete letdown. We had requested no meat, but the chef removed not only the meat but also the cheese, salsa, and chipotle mayo, leaving us with a basic and flavorless sandwich. This modification reduced the dish to something unrecognizable and unworthy of its $19 price tag.

When we brought this to the server’s attention, we were still charged the full amount, which was incredibly disappointing. This lack of accommodation and attention to detail left a negative impression on an otherwise promising experience.

While the crepe might bring us back, the handling of the Milanesa Torta (modified) was unacceptable and needs improvement.

I was seated and wasn’t offered nothing to drink and then they had me waiting for a good while so I left and went to eat somewhere else. Don’t come here if you come by yourself they won’t value you.

The place was buzzing with excitement, packed to the brim with hungry souls, but luckily, I had a reservation, so the wait wasn’t too unbearable. The staff seemed a bit outnumbered by the crowd, so the service was a tad slower than expected. Had to wave down the waiter for a couple of things—felt like I was playing a game of "guess who remembers my order?" The food was… well, let’s say "fine." I went for the chicken and waffles, which arrived not as a plate but as a sandwich, which was an unexpected twist. The flavor was decent enough, nothing to write home about. As for the chai latte? It tasted more like an innocent cup of warm milk with a whisper of spice. All in all, the experience wasn’t bad—just a little like an adventure in "good enough."

Decided to meet with a friend for brunch. Atmosphere is great! Live music by David Dow and his piano and great design and decor, also very spacious. Service was kind, courteous and welcoming; but they took a while to take our order and I was very hungry. The food presentation was great, but the portions were too small and too high priced for the amount of food. Also, the food tasted great but it lacked flavor and spice. I had the Latin chorizo egg brunch. It sounded great but it was not satisfying or filling. This food is mostly catered to American traditional culture instead of authentic Latin culture. I feel that the price goes to the great atmosphere. Overall, I did like the restaurant and the service, but I wouldn’t recommend it to my hungry friends and family.

Space is pretty small, but the food was good and the service was pretty good overall. I had a breakfast torta and it was tasty. My father-in-law got the Monte Cristo sandwich and it looked great. Not sure on the taste, but it got a lot of attention at the table.

Soooo.. I'll be nice. Hehe, haha!!!! It's a great place none the less. But man, the Flys are on the move in the outside patio area! Lol bug zapper, please, and leave it on all night!
Food was great. However, whatever we ordered, we received something we didn't order.. so blah.. I'll try the spot again casue the food itself tells its own story that a review just can't do!!

The chile’quiles were great. My oj was fresh squeezed but served at room temp. Give a cup of ice with it. Too many flies when you sit outside. The price and food overall was pretty good.

Great experience but I a little hurt that I ordered the jambalaya and that’s not what I got after paying $80 and tipping well. Besides that good food wish I could get my order redone!!
