Myself and one other person ate here @ 3PM, and I had to repeat my order to the girl at the register 3 times, and she still got it incorrect. She asked if I wanted a side with my burger and I said no, I was going to get the "frings" AKA- fries and rings. She did not hear me apparently. I REPEATED my order back to her to make sure she got it correct, and then when I received my receipt, lo and behold- she didn't hear me say fries and rings yet again. So she had to ring me up separately. I asked her to please make my fries extra crispy. I then heard our name called not two minutes later; our fries and rings were ready but our food was not. So I told them I'd like all my food at ONCE, when it's ALL ready. And the fries were NOT crispy, they were the ones that had been sitting under the heater. There was NOBODY here, and it still took 20 minutes for two burgers, one was medium rare and the other was turkey. (The girl asked me how well cooked I wanted my turkey?? That's concerning in and of itself!) And this time we didn't even receive our fries and rings with our food. I had to walk back up and remind them. The fries were not crispy, AGAIN. I used to work at Fuddruckers in the Bay Area, so I know that when a customer asks for their side "extra crispy" it means keeping it in the fryer a little longer than usual. I'm also very familiar with the standard portion sizes, and the fries and rings we received was pathetic. I had also asked that my wheat bun be not toasted, and I received it toasted, but at that point I had walked back up several times and didn't feel like fussing AGAIN. Also the other burger we had ordered that was supposed to be medium rare was charred on the outside and almost well done. Their jalapeño cheese sauce was empty and their condiment bar a mess and almost empty, which is confusing as there were a dozen employees present and almost no customers. Gee, I wonder why. Tables were also a mess and we had to clean our own before we sat down. Won't be coming back. I'd much rather drive a lot further to the Dublin location.

It's been quite a few years since I've eaten at Fuddruckers and for whatever reason, I don't remember it being this basic. After being away for so long, I decided to keep it simple. I ordered the 1/3 burger with cheese. While I waited, I gathered my dipping sauces and walked around the place just to get a feel of the establishment. The decor in this place is horrible. I really loved the 90s the first time around but this restaurant seems to have captured that weird 1994 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles neon green vibe with none of the crime fighting action. My buzzer finally went off and I was super excited to get to it. I remember there being a lot more toppings to choose from in the past. This was just your ordinary lettuce and vegetables type of situation. As for actually eating the food, I honestly don't remember anything about it. I liked the soda and the wedges. Better than fast food but basic in terms of a sit-down establishment.

Fuddruckers has been here forever yet I never participated in the burger experience. All the veggies for the burgers were super fresh and chilled. The burgers were on point, and they pretty much had every sauce you could ask for. They were fast, friendly, and not any more pricey than any other upscale burger joint. All in all a great deal.

Cook staff and guy with a beard managing orders are...well...incompetent...lady taking orders was superb...she told them turkey burger immediately on order...40 minutes later after watching customer after customer who ordered behind me get their meal did I walk up to bearded worker and ask where is my food to which he turned around and said..oh..here it is...and I asked why did I wait 40 minutes and he said it was the turkey burger...and I asked why didn't someone tell me it would be 40 minutes and he said sorry...can I help you with something...like a soulless stare through you attitude...AHHHHHHHHHHHH...zero f given...

Good food, love the fresh veggies and the ambience makes you want to hang out. Customer service is top notch. Great for entire family or just to hang out. They got Peet's coffee, I think the only place in Modesto, best coffee.

Love these burgers. You get to dress them up the way you want, and it has a nice cozy atmosphere
Been here a few times and the quality is still the same. The bread was fresh, meat was cooked to how I asked. I opted for chili cheese fries and they were amazing. The onion rings were great too! I love that the have all the condiments and sauces so you could do it yourself. They offer Peets coffee products and fresh baked yummy goods.

They can't cook medium rare elk burgers. It's sad. It's not supposed to be burnt because it's already extra lean.

This was my first time coming to a Fuddruckers, and it did not disappoint. I was able to upgrade my combo to include a shake rather than soda, so I did that and it was DELICIOUS. The shake also came with extra shake on the side in one of those metal cups too! My burger was delicious and my meat was cooked well done like I asked. I ordered with avocado, which cost an extra dollar and came with HALF AN AVOCADO!! I've never seen that at any location I order avocado from, so I was really pleased. You get to pick all of your cold extras to put in your burger, which was great for me because I got to get lots of pickles! The wedge cut fries were super good, cripsy on the outside and soft inside. And Fuddruckers has their our cheese sauce to have with the fries, so I definitely enjoyed dipping in that. We also all got cookies with our combos! Everything was cooked great and tasted so good, I had a great experience and would definitely go back!
