Dnes jsme opět po půl roce navštívili Fumi Sushi 🍣 a rád musím říci, že je to výborný podnik. U vchodu vás přivítá milá a ochotná obsluha. Prostředí je velice příjemné a čisté. Pokrmy jsou čerstvé, chutné a lahodí nejenom oku, ale je to naprostý degustační zážitek. Všem doporučuji a my se opět těšíme👌😉🏣

This is my number one go to place for sushi. Always a good environment and great staff. They’re always very nice and attentive. They have a VIP room for larger groups. The sushi is always great, I have yet to try a roll I do not like.

Been coming here a long time, i dont even live in modesto anymore (i live in ripon) but honestly my last 2 experiences were terrible. The first time i was denied a table 45 min before they closed when it was a party of 2 so i asked if i could order to go so that it could be quick and they still denied me which was whatever but today i go with a little over an hour to spare, get to the door and sure enough the door was locked. I dont know if theres a new owner or if its just pure laziness from the staff but i will never be coming back. Id rather go to tracy for quality food AND service

Food is great service is awesome, they just happened to close early whenever they are slow. They don't go by their posted hours.
I come here 1-2 times a month, and every time I come here, the food quality is always consistent and on point. Our server was and always made sure our drinks were full. We had Spicy Garlic Edamame? OMG Volcano Rolls?? and Ironman Rolls.?? People should try the OMG's

Sushi is very good ! Other sides are more average to say the least. Over 6 dollars for fried rice that's mediocre and small? Miso soup lacked flavor.

Tonight we ordered food for takeout. They said it would be a 45 minute wait and I arrived 5 minutes early. They didn't give me my food for almost an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered it. 30 minutes late. No real apologies, no discount offered. All they said was that they had a large party arrive AFTER my order. Then when I checked the food, the tempura and egg rolls were all cold and soggy, and there was no sauce for them, and all the sushi was poorly packed. This regular customer will never be going there again.
Update: I was convinced to try them again 3 years after this review. Thinking that perhaps the pandemic was to blame. Sadly they have gotten even worse. The food isn't just overpriced, it's not fit for eating anymore.

I've only tried spider rolls here and they're pretty good. Just wished they had included more ginger and wasabi when I ordered 2 spider rolls. Felt like they were kind of stingy regarding garnishes.
