Just a couple tips, idk I’m not in the coffee industry however I do love a good iced coffee so my suggestion would be to maybe make some coffee the first thing in the morning and refrigerate it so when someone orders an iced coffee it’s cold. Pouring hot coffee over ice will leave the drink warm with melted ice. They do have great coffee.

Whenever I am out & about or getting my car washed at Vintage Car Wash - I always grab an Iced Giacomocha. Bomb dotcom! I get it blended if I want to mix it up. If you like a sweeter mocha, this drink would be perfect for you. Definitely give it a try.
They have a loyalty card that I am almost to the end of so I can get a free drink - EKKK! If you're like me & have a ton of loyalty cards with 1 stamp on them - let them know, they will happily combine them to one card.
I am always wanting to support local coffee shops instead of always going to Starbucks & Giacomo's is my fave shop by far.

I went to get a iced or blended coffee drink. The girl who just looked like she did NOT want to be there, couldn't make a recommendation. We settled with an almond joy blended coffee thing with their featured shortbread whipped cream. The drink was awful. Didn't taste like coffee, just straight up syrup. The whipped cream was great! $8 into the garbage can. Should've gone to Starbucks 😭

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the caramel Frappuccino tasted great initially. However, shortly after I arrived at work, I experienced severe stomach turn inside out resulting in diarrhea that lasted throughout the day. My girlfriend had the same reaction when coming here previously, and as a result, neither of us will be returning. We suspect the issue may be related to the soy or potentially expired ingredients or bad hygiene.

I appreciate their giveaway opportunities, the fact that they have punch cards (fill up 10 you get $5 off), and their happy hour. I love a business that appreciates their customers 🫶🏼
