I like IHOP. I always go here but I noticed the morning crew is very unprofessional and rude. I'm not going into details but one particular girl very rude always, very unprofessional. Now I know not to go in the mornings. I'll stick to the evenings, the staff is very nice very professional. That's the only reason why I gave it a one star

It was the first time and the last time my boyfriend and I will be going there and we will not take her kids now. I'm a very big IHOP lover and I've been craving IHOP for a good minute especially since I am pregnant. My boyfriend decided to surprise me on a little date going to breakfast. He took me to IHOP because I have been wanting to go to IHOP. This one is literally down the street from our house so it's very convenient. We get there we got seated very quickly which was nice. The server came, he was very quick and took our orders. But when we got our drinks, my soda was very flat and his orange juice Left a very nasty aftertaste which he's never experienced with orange juice before. Our food came out pretty quickly too which was surprising because they were busy. My boyfriend's eggs were not cooked how he wanted them and the yolk was already popped and all over his plate. He only ate his eggs and did not eat his French toast at all. His French toast was not warm. My country fried steak was good but definitely could have been warmer. My eggs on the other hand were not fully cooked. We asked to get boxes so we can go. We received the boxes but no check. My boyfriend had to go up to the counter and ask if we can get our check. The hostess told our waiter we wanted our check and she physically pointed to our table. So instead of giving us our check, he gave checks to three other tables. Mind you, the tables were right next to us. Then we had to ask him again for our check. No one told us also that we had to wait for our waiter to check us out. So when we went to the hostess to check out she said we had to do with the waiter. Our waiter finally comes up and hands us the tablet to pay and he set the tip to the highest possible payment amount to pay him. We gave him no tip. You could tell we were very frustrated and we were probably there about than 30 minutes the entire time. It just seemed like some of staff was more interested in talking and hang out with each other than doing their jobs and our food definitely could have been better. My stomach is hurting right now because I cannot eat undercooked eggs (I didn't realize they're undercooked until it took a few bites into it and after that I left it be as you can see fluid coming from the eggs)
We will not go back and we will find a different IHOP to go to in our area.

Im traveling for work and decided to grab breakfast before heading out for the day. The place was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. And the food was great. Exactly what I was looking for and needed. I will definitely be back.

Pancake was undercooked and rubbery. Yuk. Of all things to fail on, the pancake. At IHOP. They also failed to offer the syrup varieties. Didn't matter so much with the inedible pancake.
Bacon, on the other hand was overcooked. Obviously had been in the warming tray for some time. Dry, brittle and crumbly.
Coffee was pretty good.

Went in for dinner not a single person was eating girl was on social media or something. She wrote my order on her hand when I wanted to pay for it with a credit card she said oh I have to switch it over to a iPad or something little computer I think she’s stealing. Food was terrible asked for crispy hashbrowns they were raw as for medium rare steak. It was well done, won’t be back.

Came to the Orangeburg location this morning with 3 of my kids that’s under age 10. Soon as we sat down we ordered. I did not notice service was taking long until my daughters started to get anxious and complain about being really hungry. So I looked around and saw families that came after us getting their food first and even left while we still didn’t get our food. When we got our food it was cold and looked like it’s been sitting there. The manager walked by and took my Sampler plate and asked if I wanted a new one but by this time it’s been almost a hour of waiting food food so I told her to take it out of the bill. My kids meals were cold but they ate it anyways because they were starving. The fruits were brown and nasty. Never will go back. This location should be ashamed of themselves worst service ever!!!!!!!!

As a critique. I've came here since I've been to other Ihop's. Let me just explain. I entered, was greeted by a gentleman, then sent to my table. I asked for a Soft Beverage and to my surprise the beverage tasted flat and bitter. I asked for another one, received it and it too, tasted bitter. Neither the less I will not complain. The food was at my table in a few minutes. It was a burger, which it was good. The egg on the other hand seemed to be cold as if it was sitting for quite some time before being sent to me. During the entire period of me consuming my meal, I was passed multiple times with an empty cup on my side, not once was I asked for a refill, it seemed some of workers were just not so enthusiastic about being there, I do appreciate the one gentleman who changed the creamer container. In my personal opinion the food was okay, but it just seems the atmosphere wasn't as I was expecting, but I may consider returning in the future and maybe updating this review. Cheers.
