Food: they will custom make practically anything you want on or off the menu with a cheerful smile. Everything's made to order. The never mess up or get orders wrong...ever! And They even scrub the whole parking lot every night! (I live right next door) Best overall fastfood/burger joint in California in my opinion. Cons: There always crowded, but still they get orders out in a timely manner. All fast food places should have there work ethic.
It's been 7 years since I have eatin' at In-and-Out and it still tastes so good! Back then I didn't had a fancy phone to review but now I can. The Cheeseburger Animal Style is the best choice! Yum!

I was here yesterday, very clean location and the server Mia was outstanding. While sitting she made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us clean up after.

I dont know why and It was very unexpected but the two In-N-Out near my home in Utah are much better than this one in California. I expected the opposite since it is the Home state. I could only imaging it was staff or training. They all appear to be great but the fries weren't as good. I get well done fries and they were different and kind of a let down. The grilled and fresh onions. Well they were almost non existent. Not like the 2 locations in utah I regularly visit. I dont know if there person making my burger was cutting corners or just made the burger to their taste. I have been to a dozen locations and this was the least. Hopefully it was just an off night.

I love the protien style animal style cheese burgers. Add the chili's and it turns the burger into an out of this world experience. Very easy menu amazing service and a price that isnt to bad. Always fresh, always IN-N- OUT.
