We were super excited to eat a shrimp Pho from here. Had the order to go and when we decided to prepare the Pho it was chicken.. Not sure how you mistaken that.. shrimp sounds and looks nothing like chicken so this was an obvious mistake by this place. A new young guy that we've never seen before took the order. I'm not sure if this is new management. Overall the food is good but that really ruined the experience. We will unfortunately have to move on to a new Pho place.. There is one on Kansas st. that is very good..

These couple of days have been really disappointing. I came yesterday and no one doesn’t speak English, and they contacted the owner and said he was not there. So I tried again to come back the next day, and now with another phone call, the owner told me that they are closed. People have walked in and walked in matter of minutes. The food is great, but the service is just horrible.

Wow!! Amazing customer service by Fransisco! I have never been treated so well with all of my accommodations met at the same time!! absolutely recommend this place and also the avocado smoothie was extremely delicious!! Big props to Fransisco at IPho!!
