The service is absolutely horrible. We ordered our food and waited 50 min before it was even brought out and when they did my husband's plate never came out with mine and my daughters food. By the time the waitress even came around to check on us , we had already finished our plates and my husband still had not received his and finally when the waitress came around he told her he never got his order and just to cancel it. She knew exactly what he ordered and just said ok she'd take it off the bill.. not even offering to check if it was done and still taking it off the tab. Needless to say we left and had to stop at In and Out afterwards for him.. to top it off I ended up getting food poisoning. Worst experience ever.

So we came in for wings and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive they gave our orders to the wrong table, and our waitress was a Karen she didn't wanna work so she gave us attitude don't ever come to this bww, she lied about taking off a menu item don't ever come here

Wings were cold. Service terrible. One bartender with no help on a Sunday sports game day. Mini burgers that are more like sliders. Rock hard stale Chips and flavorless canned salsa, guacamole without seasoning or salt. Will never return again.

I used to go every Thursday until now because the last time I went we weren't helped for 30 mins not even drinks. We got there at 5 and didn't leave until 8 because not only did our food take more than a hour to get out but they brought us the wrong flavors. By that time I wasn't even hungry anymore just annoyed. The runner that brought our food slammed it on the table and just left without even looking at us. Then we had a rewards and the waitress gave us our receipt after we told her we had a reward to claim because that's the whole reason we even went there and she pretty much said too bad that she already gave us the receipt. All the servers have attitude problems and rude. Food comes out cold most of the time and all around I had a horrible experience the last two times I went. Never again. Do not go to this Buffalo Wild Wings. This is also coming from someone that used to work at Texas Roadhouse and that would have never been acceptable.

We took our three grandkids here today for lunch and their food from the children's menu was really good. Our 8 year old loved his cheeseburger and the 6 year old and 4 year old loved their Mac&cheese, and so did my wife and I. The french fries were close to the best I've ever had, hot and crispy. My wife had vinegar & salt chicken wings and she said they were tender and tasty, but I had barbequed chicken wings and they were tasty but very tough to chew. Except for my chicken wings the meal was very good. We sat in a booth outside of the bar, and the music was practically rock concert loud so we asked that it be turned down, and our waitress seemed really annoyed by the loudness too and she went and turned it way down. It was about 75 degrees outside today and sunny so we asked to sit on the patio but they said no, it was closed, which was kind of annoying. The service was very good and so was the food.

I hate giving bad reviews, but lately it seems like everywhere I go, either service or quality is terrible. The service at Buffalo Wild Wings was on point and I would give it five stars on its own. The food, however, deserves zero stars, but it doesn't allow for that. The boneless wings were mostly bread, the bone in wings were good, but all flats, no drums, and the worst of it was the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken tasted janky, there was maybe a dime size amount of dressing, and most of the lettuce was bruised and soggy.'

We went to Buffalo wild wings in Modesto for the first time. It was highly recommended by a couple of friends. The service was good but the food was extremely salty. Three of us had chicken wings and one of us had truck style tacos between the saltiness of the french fries, and a meal I felt like, they poured a box of salt over the top. Extremely disappointed I would give the place a five out of 10. I will give it another try just to be sure. Perhaps the chef was having a salty day lol.

The food was surprisingly good. Tried the new spicy garlic and honey garlic sauces. Surprisingly, they were both very good. The service was alright considering. We sat in the booth area, which was assigned only to 1 server, Roldean. He definitely was doing his best. KUDOS! The ambiance was the norm at BBW.

This is the words that cane out of one of the officers mouth " either pay or go to jail buddy! OMG he just got put in cuffs.

Came in the day before Christmas Eve, my pregnant sister decided she wanted to eat some wings. She signed up on the app and they had a deal or promo reward. If you sign up you get 6 wings free. Kayla who works here idk if she's a manager or regular employee but she was like "oh we don't give out free wings anymore!" She was rude as hell. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. They didn't wanna honor what was displayed on the company site. Until Jose came out he was very helpful and explained the situation way better then Kayla did, she needs some more training or maybe she needs a nap. That girl was snappy.

It really sucks when good food places have terrible customer service. It's very clear they don't care about their customers. I ordered wedges with bacon and cheese on top which they charge extra by the way. My wedges were plain and when I went back the manager was arguing with me that it didn't say that I ordered the toppings. I have no problem paying for what I ordered but when they came out this is what I get! You really expect me to pay an extra dollar for each one and this is all you put on them, that's really sad. I've been here a couple times and the servers have been rude each time as well.
