This is only a few blocks from our house. It is the only fast food restaurant in the area. Everyone in our house loves Jack in the box. The food is decent a little pricey but very convenient and open 24 hrs.

Ordered and paid for a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and received an Ultimate Cheeseburger without bacon. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It’s not a hard thing to do to double check the order especially when the tag with the order is taped to the bag.

No customers inside. I was the only car in the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes for a kids meal. Then wasn’t even given the drink. Was so frustrated I didn’t notice. Horrible horrible location!

The food is great, (I usually get the jumbo jack burger and chocolate milkshake) but I do notice that I stand at the counter for a few minutes before I get service and yes they see me. So I don’t know why that is on the regular but I stay patient . Oh and don’t be late for your online order pick up I’ve seen some orders given out to the wrong people on accident I’m sure

Work all day and just want some food so we don’t have to cook but we get mast attitudes and bad service! Can’t even get treated with even basic human decency. The drive thru menu is blank and so we had to guess what we wanted. Do better.. came back to edit this and say that on top of it both burgers were completely wrong and we got regular fries instead of curly. The only thing they didn’t mess up on was the drink

Horrible, food had 2 tacos fried together nothing tasted good the fries were cold burgers were not hot at all . Waited 18 min in drive thru for nothing. Spent over 18$ for the worst service ever
horrible service, sat at order window for second order for two minutes, didnt get a reply, go to the window, the lady wouldn't take our extra order of FRIES. just fries! told us to get back in the long line.
she also forgot half our order.

Sadly, the quality and taste of food from any jack n the box or the others they know who they are. If it's got an in and out in it's name then you know you're going to get something tasty. See, that's what I would have said 5 yrs ago, but Jack and the rest just keep slipping off that slop of garbage that these huge corporations push. Pinch penny's and we the people suffer in the end.
