this is very hard to rate but hear me out. the boss took my order but then left so they didn’t know of my order and i got it after 40 mins, it was just a chicken tender combo 💔 but the lady who i asked after half an hour was very surprised and apologetic, upgraded my meal to a large 5pc instead of a medium 3 piece, and they offered me cheesecake for free but i denied. lowkey half my fries were spilled in the bag and they didnt give me napkins but i assume they were just trying to hurry since it was so long, so very conflicting but that lady was very nice!

Absolute the worst experience ever. I ordered online everything was good until driver let me know how the lady refused to make my order stating they never had a order for me which is weird because mine and driver info was the same I tried for 30 min calling jack in the box and they never answered i feel sorry for the driver he tried everything he could but ended up wasting his time to bad I couldn't just give the driver a tip for his time

I placed 4 Mobile orders due to me using available points earned the manager had the audacity to not want to give me my 4th order because she claimed other people will do mobile orders cancel them and then request a refund. I said why are you confusing me with those people I am here to pick up my 4th order never did I mention cancellation or a refund she was very unprofessional. Will not visit this location anymore.

My complaint is I activated a debit card yesterday, only used it at this location with proof and somehow get a fraud notice from my bank saying $20 had been taken off the card through a cash app transaction. Strange coincidence make sure you check your account after if using card here.
