If you make a minor mistake on the Jack app, the lady at the window kinna gives you a hard time, and wasn't helpful on trying to fix it or make you happy overall. Thank goodness there was some1 behind her and maybe have more seniority, fixed my order with no problem and made me happy. Just wish I knew the name of the white lady cashier who was not really a pleasant person to deal with during early morning hrs.

Ordered a Teriyaki Bowl to go. Got it home, NO Teriyaki Sauce. Seems like Customer Service has gone to hell.
They forgot to give me my mini pancakes and the person I spoke to on the phone argued they didn't have pancakes initially until another employee told her they did. My breakfast sausage sandwiches had eggshell in them, the French toast was overcooked and hard...awful, inconvenient & unprofessional
