If you make a minor mistake on the Jack app, the lady at the window kinna gives you a hard time, and wasn't helpful on trying to fix it or make you happy overall. Thank goodness there was some1 behind her and maybe have more seniority, fixed my order with no problem and made me happy. Just wish I knew the name of the white lady cashier who was not really a pleasant person to deal with during early morning hrs.

I don't think it's bigger than McDonald's or I could be wrong but I take us better food than McDonald's that's why I always go to Jack In The Box never to McDonald's

Its fast food, quality is to be expected. Prices on par with other fast food restaurants. Their "munchies box" is pretty good and hard to beat at roughly 14 dollars(as of June 2024). Plus the nightcrew there are pretty chill andn friendly so its an overall pleasant experience to stop by for some quick grub.
