I was in last night at around 9-10pm fresh out the hospital due to a car accident and my son was in the car during the accident. My son is really scared of hospitals and we got him to relax when offering him to get whatever he wanted after we got out. Well that was Jack in the box he loves the curly fries and his all time fav. The chocolate overload cake. We got our order and we're extremely tired headed home my son started eating his food and noticed they had given him regular fries I said it's ok sometimes people mess up and that I was really tired to go back.When we got back to the house he asked me for his cake, well there was no cake so me and my husband go back at that point. When my husband arrives they first apologized then began talking about how he was a liar and he was just trying to get some free food. My husband was super upset and was also told to come back the following day to speak to a manager.When he came back to the car he refused to let me go back in as I was just going to buy my son another cake and some curly fries he was just to upset at the service he was given. He felt categorized and disrespected, not the first time they messed up my order I said I wouldn't go back to this location the last time they messed up and I forgot I wont forget going forward.Went to Carl's Jr to get a chocolate cake there right after as that was the closest place to us. Unfortunately my son went to sleep unsatisfied and unhappy. I'm guessing they don't have a night shift manager and no sympathy for people.

This place absolutely sucks. The soda fountain literally did not work and dispense soda. I needed to use the restroom and they couldn’t “find” the key because an employee was dropping. 30 minute deuce apparently. Never going back ever and Iv lived here 40

For the fish sandwich to come back and not have the tartar sauce at hand, Feels like poor management drop the ball on this. Food came out very hot and fresh but to not be ready with the right condiments is poor management. One

I stopped in a few times and Every time It's a long weight and the people are just rude. And if you ask them a question they have attitude, and it's just a bad experience so I just go to a different Location.
Just stopped in to grab a few burger patties for my dog. They were quick and did a great job. The drive thru worker was very friendly and personable. Great job!!

Longest wait ever for fast food. Not sure if this place is short staffed. Waited 15 min in drive thru behind 2 cars then another 5 at intercom to be told 3Xs that they'll be right me. I eventually had to back out of line. The area shouldn't dictate the level of service provided. Stay away.

Employees at the window were very nice. This review is solely about the food I ordered. I ordered jumbo egg rolls and received onion rings in a box instead. I also ordered a grilled chicken wrap but received crispy chicken instead of grilled. I’m really disappointed because I love the egg rolls and they were a big part of my meal
