We waited 20 minutes just to not even get our order. We did not have a big order, two meals, and the food is old. Also you can smell the bathroom outside of it. I forgot to mention that a lot of people are coming in and out, I have no idea what for as they don't pick anything up. A few things from my order were missing.

I was standing at the counter for almost 10 mins. None of the employees acknowledged to help, simply place my order and they could have carried on doing their job, I could have waited.. But employees didn't even try to reach out..plus it wasn't busy at all. Employees need to acknowledge to help customers at the counter and carry on with their job
I only like curly fries and jalapeno poppers. I feel like im bothering the employees for coming there,so I rarely go there.

Not much to say, it is. Jack in the Box. Ive been going here for years on my commute to or from work. The people in the drive thru are nice, out of all the times I've been there which are more than I can count my order was in error maybe 4 times over 3 years.
Oh don't expect service around midnight to early morning. Their system does some sort of update each morning and locks them out of Point of Sale systems for anywhere between 10 minutes to 45 minutes.
