New update: Stopped by for lunch and I was very disappointed. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad with grilled chicken and the Chicken was still cold, like taken out of the fridge cold. They didn't bother to cook the chicken.
I ordered two tacos and they were stale, they got cooked but who knows how many hours they were sitting out for with a taste that was stale.
The only thing that they actually cooked was the jalapeno poppers. Probably because you have to fry them.
I don't understand what's happening with Jack's quality assurance but it's trash. Yesterday I ate at a location in Livermore and the food was fresh. Today it was the total opposite.
Get it together Jack. Rating updated from five stars to one. Would give zero if it was a option.

Waited 30 mins for my order only to find out that the employee never put my order in yet I paid. Very frustrating and unprofessional service. The employee was then difficult to find, very unhappy and won’t be coming to this jack in the box ever again.

The environment dull, like nobody wants to be there and they don't want anyone there. Staff don't smile. Sandwich look like they are squished. Portion sizes are small. We got old fries. My kids ate 2 orders without saying anything but later said they were so dry and hard. I got 2 orders replaced. The replacement was not a priority, they set up 2 drive thru orders first then turned towards me, who was standing there waiting for the fries to cook. Again zero smile. I have eaten at a Jack in the box after a long time. The last time I ate the sandwich was so big I had no space for the fries. Even Costco beef parties or chicken parties are bigger. All I can say is that you are loosing your priorities.

I go to this jack on the box due to proximity, not choice. Everytime I order tacos they arrive with no sauce and cold. I would understand if it was company policy but other Jack's in town don't do this. Today I got a jumbo jack and two tacos. The jumbo jack was fine and the tacos still had no sauce. Please do better. I don't want to cross hatch during peak traffic just to go to a decent Jack. PS The pickles on the burger made me laugh tho

Amazing service! The app was messing up and very difficultto get my , and the employees went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. 10/10! The lady named Maggie deserves a raise. Great attitude.

Went through the drive through on my way to work they were out of the pita , so I ordered the cluck meal and the toast is horrible like a dirty grill taste tried calling since I’m now 30 miles out of town for work .. no answer hoping to go by on my way home and get my money back ….

The three large fries that I received with my order were half full. The regular fries were cold, when I called the manager was not concerned at all. She said oh just come back and I will remake them. I’m already home. I should not have to return you should offer to deliver them or do it right the first time.
