Honestly Jack in the Box quality has dipped overall over the years. Changing their lettuce making their tacos taste funky now but that's not why I'm leaving this review I've been going to this Jack in the Box since it was opened and has done nothing but dipped in quality to the latest last straw. What the prices going up you're going to serve me a big popcorn chicken box partly filled with not only a little bit of chicken but Stone Cold fries. Really for the prices the way they are and you guys getting paid as much as you are that's how I'm getting my food I will no longer be dining at Jack anymore

Just ordered and got back home, a 20 minute drive from there and i didmnt get a reciept for my order. My entire order was wrong. Normally everything is fine so im not sure why today i get screwed. Im lactose intolerant and i asked for no cheese and got cheese i got regular fries asked for curly. the only reason i didnt go back to complain is because it took me 20 minites to get home after 12 hours of work and driving. so i didnt feel like driving back to complain. I would have waited if they needed to make stuff but that wasnt an option i guess. too tired to go back, i gave my food to my bf and ordered from somewhere instead.

Jack in the box is usually my go to when out late at night. Went in for some burgers, and I paid for them to add bacon to my burger but no bacon was added. The bread was super hard as though it had been out for a few days. Probably the worst food I've ever had from any Jack in the Box I've ever been to, very disappointed.

Went in drive thru for one chicken sandwich. Literally the only car in drive thru nobody else. And they had me pull in the front and wait for my sandwich. Which i never got.
I just came home from jack in the box drive thru 5mins ago on November 11th (Veterans Day) and to only see that they forgot my Large Halfsies fry I was so excited for at least that but to make my experience worse before I even got my food they took 30whole minutes on two cars before they got to me I understand it’s Veterans Day but they gave me my food quicker and forgot to put my Large fry that I paid for with my hard working money… just get rid of jack and replace it with In-N-Out at least they won’t mess up my order probably the last time I come. P.S. Take your time quality over quantity.
