Well, the crew have always been AMAZING with the SPEED and SERVICE, but unfortunately, I have found out that the MANAGERS are RUSHING their employees. I am a production manager of a much bigger crew. One thing you never never do is to have your crew in a rush mode. This will cause mistakes and may cause an injury. I'm extremely bothered by this. But this also explains why there are so many mistakes when it comes to fast food joints. There are so many other techniques and teaching methods. MANAGERS....... Stop being lazy and put time into your employees and teach them right. If you cannot and you disagree with me, I sure hope they find another manager to take your position. CREW...... Thank you so much for your awesome service and keep up the good work. Slow down. Stress less. Don't let MANAGEMENT discourage you and your wonderful day. 😄
Went for the new sourdough scramblers the $4 jawns they were really good this morning like the butter on the sourdough the two slices of cheese the fluffy eggs whoever cooked did real good and Tristan in the front was great when I asked to custom make my order make it like that EVERYTIME thank yall

Went here for new witch shake ..... Unfortunately, no one explained to the employees how they are supposed to be made. I got a large vanilla shake with a little of the purple ube. Not one Oreo cookie in or on top!! I've been there twice and I've been disappointed both times at this particular jack in box. Never again! I'll drive further to the one on J st.
