My little sister and I used to have this thing where we would go downtown and get a Jamba Juice together. It was very special to us. Recently just went again now that we are into our adulthood. Caribbean Passion was the same as we remembered it!

I had a poor experience back when they first opened in the mall. However, today I gave them a chance and with the current team here they did amazing! They were helpful in showing me how to navigate the app and had great customer service. The drinks I ordered came out great quality. I recommend the Orange Dream Machine with the Vitamins/zinc. Reasonable prices and they currently have a new menu item including Matcha. I truly appreciated the positive attitude each worker had!

Customer service is great , I work at the mall and I spilled my drink & they remade it for me without hesitation !! The girl who helped me is super sweet & their employees are very friendly !!

I gave it a 3 becuz the drink is good but the employee taking my order was rushing saying are u ready 5 times and saying my card is finished going thru what person rushes customers NO tips for u lady!!!

It's a little out of my way but I love this location. I may not like everything I order but the customer service is always great! I wish I remembered the name of the lady that has helped me a few times in the morning. Everything Ive ordered has always been fresh and made quickly. I feel this is the best Jamba store in town.
