They turn off their burners ealry, I came before the closing time and I was told they turned off their burners and were unable to complete my oatmeal order. So rude, if they don’t want to work, they need to find a new job. I would have understood if I made the order at 8:50pm but i didn’t. Unbelievable and shame on this location!

love them up in there. they're always so nice when assisting me and helped my sister and I customize a smoothie for her dietary needs. Just wish when they were building it they took the freeway into account for the speaker box. they still do their best to get my order even when they couldn't hear me at the drive thru.

Decided to check out this Jamba since it was close by and went to order through the drive thru. Had to wait a bit before ordering and once at the pick up window but I didn’t mind I wasn’t in a rush. Ordered a strawberry bowl and a blue lava drink. The strawberry bowl was very tasty although it did melt a little quickly for the short drive I made. Only thing that wasn’t too great was the location of the speaker to take orders (constant cars driving by practically had to talk much louder to place an order). Hopefully one day they manage to at least put the speaker closer to the pick up window.

2 people on staff , one was doing most of the work. We needed a refund and both ignoring us while they attended other people coming in. Also service is slow, not coding back here again or any other Jamba Juice location. Too expensive also

I’ve had a change of review. Yes a long wait, but the few people that are working are working pretty hard. Yes they need more workers yes they should hire more help and I’ve decided to use the app and sit back and wait inside for my order and it’s perfect. I shop for food next door and come back and my order is ready!
Watermelon smoothie lineups is pretty good and adding the coconut to them makes it even tastier! Like a piña colada… hmmmm maybe come out with a piña colada smoothie and I’m there! I def hate sbucks, and Jamba def is the best!

I didn’t know where the drive thru even started as it is hidden behind gas pump #12. I was the only one in line yesterday and the lady couldn’t take my order at the window and told me I had to go out and go order at the speaker box. This sucked because they could have informed me for next time and not have to go out of line and then have someone else come and get ahead of me. They still took 15 min trying to service the person ahead of me with one drink. Finally got my smoothie feel like prices increased, ordered a small and it costed $8. I ordered a strawberry wild and the banana in it tasted old and not fresh quality menu items were used. Some graffiti cover their sign so it’s a place that’s gonna get tagged up a lot. Ill take my receipt so I can get a refund.
