They leave you out there in the drive-through with your vehicle. Running 15 to 20 minutes with nobody in line or in the store. Need someone to manage the business like a real manager

Always a treat to stop by this new Jamba Juice. Quality and kind staff to get the job done. Thankful this is right next to a Tesla charging station. I recommend you go inside for the best experience or else you might need to speak fairly loud to be heard on the drive thru intercom.

Grabbed a bowl for my lunch from Jamba drive through. Great service by Irma, she customised the bowl as per requests. authentic taste and fresh crispy granola with fruits 10/10 for the service.

I tried to order a Belgian waffle parfait w/ Greek yogurt. I asked to substitute the blueberries that come in the bowl with bananas (which you can do on the app at no additional cost). The worker told me that the bowl doesn't come with blueberries. I mentioned that on the app it says it does and the picture has blueberries on it. They insisted that it did not come with blueberries and charged me to add the bananas. The worker was very rude and didn't want to listen at all about the fact the app and the picture both include blueberries. They then got my order wrong and added blueberries in the bowl after they charged me extra for the bananas.
