The self serve kiosk is a horrible idea for a fast pace environment. Wait time is horrible.You complain about having to pay $20h now. Then employ enough staff to work the register, clean the front and make orders.

The restaurant is clean and the service fast and friendly. I rate them a three not because of this location, rather that Jamba Juice core product is a fruit flavored sugar bomb. And expensive at almost $10 for a large size. I only went because a friend asked me to pick up a drink for her.

Walked in was greeted welcome in..I said thank you and sat at the register waiting to order. As I waited listening to the employees conversation about nothing I kept wondering if someone was going g to take my order. Nope I kept waiting finally after what seemed like a very long time I left. There were only 2 other people in the store and one of them already their order it did not seem busy at all but the conversation was definitely more important then customers

Employees always want to leave early. Sign says they close at 8:30 but will stop making drinks whenever they choose too. Why have a close time if you stop making drinks whenever you want. Will not be going back to this location. Please change your close time.

This location needs to change their name to Jamba Smoothie. Do not come here if you are going to order one of their juice drinks. About 2 months ago I stopped at this location at 7pm to order a orange carrot twist juice and the employee told me that they had already cleaned the machine for the day because they were closing soon. Keep in mind they close at 8:30pm, but I was understanding and ordered a smoothie. Fast forward to two weeks ago I got there at 6pm tried to order the same drink and I was told they were "out" so again I just ordered a smoothie. Today I stopped there at 2pm ordered the same juice drink and hallelujah I paid for it, excited to finally satisfy my craving! Tragically the employee calls my name and tells me their machine had JUST broke. Awe darn I had to go with a smoothie. The cherry on top was when I got up their chair seat fell off because it wasn't screwed on breaking everyone's necks because of the loud noise. It really just sounds like they don't want to clean the machine or it's too tedious to make a juice. Not even McDonald's' ice cream machine is down that bad. Get it together.
If i could give this -10 stars I would. Waited 30 min and they skipped my drink like punks. 6 d*** girls workin in there and everyone waiting 30 min just for a drink. These chicks gotta be replaced by actual hard workers. Lazy people are gonna make you lose business. Get it together! I had to ask for a refund
