Apon my arrival to the Palendale location, there were 3 people at the register and not 1 person greeted me nor asked me if I needed help or say I'll be right with you. I let a couple minutes pass before I said excuse me I'm here to pick up my order. The lady said what is your name and I gave it to her and she just grabbed the blended drink and poured it into a glass with a big frown and just handed to me. Didn't even say thank you for waiting or nothing. This Jamba juice location needs to get people who smile and provide better customer service.

Had a pickup order 20 min in advance and still had to wait a half hour. Didn’t say anything to me about the order when I asked about it. Took their time and served people ahead of me. Horrible experience.
