Apon my arrival to the Palendale location, there were 3 people at the register and not 1 person greeted me nor asked me if I needed help or say I'll be right with you. I let a couple minutes pass before I said excuse me I'm here to pick up my order. The lady said what is your name and I gave it to her and she just grabbed the blended drink and poured it into a glass with a big frown and just handed to me. Didn't even say thank you for waiting or nothing. This Jamba juice location needs to get people who smile and provide better customer service.

I come here pretty often and get the primo bowl, the nice cashier didn't get her name recommended me the agave syrup since I can't eat honey and it was game changer for me! Totally recommend

Had a pickup order 20 min in advance and still had to wait a half hour. Didn’t say anything to me about the order when I asked about it. Took their time and served people ahead of me. Horrible experience.

Jamba Ewww... Why does this place exist in the universe? IMHO it is not particularly healthy, the flavor is synthetic and stupidly expensive... Thanks I will stick with water and a real kemon.

Went early this morning to go get my favorite Jamba , chunky strawberry. Took one bite and the bananas were rotten. Black to be specific. It was so gross. The girl did give me my money back but I had to ask for a free one next time for the inconvenience. I’m not gonna lie, it was upsetting. To taste the rotten banana was gross. Not to mention nets flying around the bananas I noticed when I was waiting to get my money back. Just gross. Don’t give us your trash. Go to Costco and buy bananas for about 2 dollars geeez
