THE ORIGINAL! If you grew up in Modesto this truck is an automatic staple of your diet, and one of the original downtown Taco trucks. The flavor is consistent and great, on occasion a little greasy for whatever reason but definitely full of flavor and always a hearty serving.

I got the torta and I was not really feeling it. It was not like tortas I usually get. It had cheese, lots of crema, lettuce, a little bit of salsa and the meat. I definitely wouldn't reorder it, not my cup of tea. The sign said all taxes included yet there was a dollar upcharge for whatever reason.

Best tacos for your dollar you can get in Modesto CA. They are open 7 days a week and open all day I think they might close for couple of hours in morning to restock but I can't say for sure. The only thing about it next to the railroad tracks and some homeless people around but not a lot. I never have had any issues when eating there.
I gave the place an overall 3. Starts due to the taces being a dollar. However, the Taste of the tacos we bought were. tolerable, but not great. The salsa that used for the tacos just did not help the taste. My to go to so always order rice and beans from taco. Trucks when trying depending on those 2 items. I know how it should go. Sadly, the rice was soft, but also had crunchy bits. And the beans were the best part. They tasted better than overall everything I bought.

The food was not that good to salty and the meat was hard. The salsa tasted old. Now the service WAS HORRIBLE the lady taking our order was so rude and dam near throw the change at us the coins feel on the floor. I will never be coming back ever. Bad food and horrible service I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Ordered two (asada, rice, bean & cheese burritos.) The burritos were packed but with dry crumbly asada meat I’m guessing they were trying to get rid of old meat maybe. The lady taking the order also wasn’t the nicest. Would not recommend and will not return.
