John's Incredible Pizza - Modesto

It was nice and calm during lunch hours on the weekday and my family got to enjoy it and play alld the games and rides available.

Highly disappointed far too many of the games were not working the food was mediocre and the workers were standing around not doing anything they weren't replenishing the food

A wonderful place for Birthday Parties and fun for children in Modesto. I highly recommend trying all the family fun activities that they offer here.

A fun place to go with the kids. They have a blast. Just wish they had more staff to help and a little bit more positivity

Terrible, disgusting, just because my children were already hungry but the truth is I never bring my children again. Family, they charged me $160 dollars for the empty trays, a waste of food on the counters, everything was very neglected, they told the Manager and it seemed like he didn't care, everything was very neglected, 1000 times Fresno here, I will never come back again

Definitely not worth the price! We went at 5:30, which you would think would be dinner fully prepared, but there was barely any selection. The food area was a mess and no one was cleaning it. The tables in the room we went into were dirty and no attendants anywhere. It was a busy Saturday night and barely anyone working. The bathroom was so dirty, no paper towels. We were there until closing at 9pm and they never refilled the dessert area or cleaned up any areas, the ice cream machine was a mess and floor so sticky, ice in the soda machine was out. And so many games were out of order. When leaving there was a huge line at the store to redeem tickets and one guy working. After looking at the very cheap selection, just gave her card to a kid in line and we left. We made it a great time for a birthday of a friend, but we won't go back. Definitely needs an upgrade, better staffing or management. Boomers is way better.

Took my daughter here on her birthday which was on a weekday. I put 2 stars because the employee that greets you was nice, however the food was disgusting . It was like left over food from lunch, I came at 4. We went to play games because I was thinking they would make fresh food, but when we came back it was the same food that was out there. The food was limited probably only 3 pizzas and the deserts were rock solid from sitting on the food warmer for so long. Maybe it’s because of a weekday, but it should not be an excuse. I forgot to mention the in the game area there was only one employee working. He was so nice! But he had to keep coming back in forth from the prizes to operate the rides.. I feel bad for him .

So sad that my kids don't get to experience this place the way I did. For the price the food sucks. The price for games sucks because you don't even win much to get prizes n the worst part is the lazy workers not wanting to work. If people choose to work at places like this they need to have a way better attitude especially when kids are around. Workers will stand around n see lines forming for the rides then all of a sudden they disappear lik if yall don't wanna work then why even show up. HONESTLY SURPRISED THIS PLACE HASNT CLOSED DOWN YET. WE DEFINITELY WONT BE RETURNING ANYMORE 👎

We love JIP , it's always clean and the staff is great.
I made a mistake reading the app offer and they were so great about helping me out. We came in for my son's birthday treat.
The customer service is great, and as expected they are great with kids and families.
I recommend asking a member to ring you and and help assist you when redeeming offers.
The manager and staff were especially helpful and we had such a great experience despite my mistake today.
