HR is not very professional.The rides are cool for kids, lack of communication in the professional aspect.

There are a lot of games out of order, but it's for the kids at the end of the day and they had fun. Staff is friendly, and food is decent for a pizza buffet.

Cleanliness is LACKING In all aspects.. diner areas, around food stations, floors, bathrooms and aracde areas! Dessert buffet was nonexistent, there was what looked like pillsbury soft store bought cookies and ice cream in the dessert buffet.. that's it. Ice cream machine worked but cranked it out extremely slowly. Pizza was being restocked very slowly, most of the time the only pizza available was pepperoni. Pasta looked unedible and gritty as if it's being boiled in dirty water. Soups have a crusty layer on top as if they've been in the same pot for ages and just get a new can dumped in. Baked potatoes with no condiments. Salad bar had withered lettuce that looks dirty. I don't recommend this place at all.

My kids love going but this last time we went idk there was hardly any food and most of the games we were trying to play were out of order idk maybe we went on a bad day or something.

Most of rhe games are Malfunctioned and the food area is a mess. Ice cream machine not working (both of them). Then the drink area were chaos. Ice everywhere and not working. Only food that was decent were the pizzas. The sesting area were lack of cleaning. Kids tried to have fun but really it was a disappointing visit.
Games didn't work, games were out of service or missing balls. Food was bland, and there were only pickings you could choose from. I wouldn't call that a buffet or even a fun place

We had a birthday party and had a blast! Our party host was great, an absolute sweatheart keeping the kids entertained while we were there.The only downside is that you pay before the party and it asks for tip before you've even had the party so I opted out. They came in to ask me if I needed refunding of anyone who may not have shown up but nothing about tips. I recommend bringing cash for the sake of tipping after the party, that man *more* than earned it!Also if you're bringing decorations: they don't allow you to tape or pin up anything, but you can bring helium ballons and they have knob kinda things on the room divider walls to wrap the ends of a banner to! Also, candles: they say you CAN bring your candles for blowing out. I learned from experience that the trick reigniting candles, while great for photo ops if you have eager candle blowers, are not-so-great for indoors as they do put off aloooot of smoke. We quickley opened the doors so we wouldn't set a smoke alarm off ?Great time, good fun, and great memories made!

This place use to be really fun and worth going took my kids here today and all the tvs in the rooms were broken and fuzzy and the games we tried to play took our credits and didn't even let us play most games were broken kinda sad that this fun place went to poop
