Tired of coming at 830 to be told no chicken and closing and hr and a half early this happens on a weekly basis. This is unprofessional and a waste of people's time and gas. I can at a appropriate time what is your excuse. There's not one.

The store is open now, it is open until 10pm, but my order from 9:10pm was canceld as the store "is closed" despite the fact that they claim they are open now. They have no excuse as to why my order was canceld. Do not order and expecct to actually see your food.

Ordered an 8 piece, got 7 soggy pieces namely made us sick. Coleslaw was the only good thing. Mac was okay, mash potatoes were alright. Never will get kfc in my life. Popeyes for the Win.

The manager is extremely nice. I witnessed her help a lady whose order was not right. She apologized and compensated. I could tell her goal was to make sure the customer left happy and she was. She was extremely nice and professional to me as well. It’s very hard to find fast food workers this professional nice these days.

Normally like this place but seeing as they hired new kids that all they seem to do is talk and flirt with each other, grabbing on each other all while customers are standing in line ? The morning manager is normally very good never lets me down but I'll never be back for dinner again just awful how these kids act at work with no one to control them shameful

Food was alright, worse than usual, but the real problem was the service. Woman was very rude and dismissive to my grandpa hurrying him along despite the fact nobody else was in the drive through. Didn't even let him finish his sentences, cut him off, argued with him about what was in his order. Her manager had to come out and said he'd have a talk with her and he was very nice though
