The last two weeks that we have been there at 9pm they have been closed. The time online and on the door says 10pm. We were informed they have a new manager not sure if that's the reason but it's very frustrating when a business says one time and it closes an hour earlier. The staff is always been great.

Went through drive up today. No one else in line at noon. Lady was nice. Ordered 16 piece with some extra sides.Served quickly. Over $70.00 which we expected. Got home and put the food out. Now it goes all wrong. The chicken was dry and not KFC quality. It was cold. We live 4 blocks from the restaurant so it was not from distance. Seems like it was under a lamp for a long time. Look at the picture. Small legs, thighs and most beasts all looking very bad. Done going there. It is interesting no one with KFC ever responds to the bad reviews.

went to KFC yesterday and had such a good experience! Jiselle and Valeria they were both super friendly and patient while I decided what to order. The food came out hot and fresh — the chicken was crispy and the biscuits were amazing. It’s nice to see staff who actually seem happy to help. I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to share how much I enjoy KFC. I’m a mother of three (all grown now), and KFC has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. We’ve had our share of Sunday dinners and quick weeknight meals from there over the years, and I still find myself going back whenever I need something comforting and delicious.
The chicken is always crispy and flavorful that secret recipe really is something special. I usually go for the original recipe but my husband loves the extra crispy. And don’t even get me started on the mashed potatoes and gravy… just like homemade, without the mess.
The staff at our local KFC are always friendly, and the service is quick, which I appreciate especially after a long day at work. It’s clean, well-lit, and I always feel welcome there.
So if you’re looking for a meal that hits the spot, brings back a little nostalgia, and makes you feel like someone else cooked dinner for once, KFC is a great choice.
