This is the worst kfc I been too. This is my 3rd time coming but this will be my last . Kassandra our cashier looked very lit . Left us in the drive thru speaker for like 5 mins while she was looking thru the small window in front of us . Took our order made us wait 5 mins and still gave me someone else order . Please fix this .

The chicken strip were still frozen on the inside. We live a few miles away a d just tossed the chicken strip in the trash. We were charged a different price then what was on the menu! The lazy manager said she didn't have time to update the menu! Too busy on her cell phone!

Went in for a leg and thigh bucket, half crispy, no sides, very simple. Luckily, when the kid brought it out I checked it. It was all legs, all original. It was hilarious to see the tiny legs just filling the bottom of the bucket. The girl told me that all they had were legs an no crispy. All they had in the store were legs! I asked her for a refund and my coupon back. She said the coupon was in the garbage. I got the coupon and refund and she couldn't count and gave me the wrong amount. l wanted to talk to the manager and she told me that they didn't have one and refused to give me any contact information for the owner. This is what you hire for $20 an hour

We ordered from here on Halloween. Got the original recipe bucket and sides. The chicken was soggy, and yet, the meat was dry. The whole point of KFC is the skin and there was barely any. Spent $40 for nothing. At least the sides were ok. Though, $5 for additional sides is a bit outrageous I went a few weeks ago through the drive thru for a 3 piece meal. I wanted to add another piece of chicken and the girl, said they can't do that. So at the chicken store, I can't buy chicken? What?! Someone from KFC corporate needs to visit this place. The food quality is horrible and customer service needs some help.
