They have specials 2 days of the week made to order....folks are backing up waiting for food to be brought out to them.the chicken fried steak meal on special is Awsome!

This location is by far the cleanest restaurant I have ever visited. I actually thought it as new. The service was great, delivered by William. He was professional and helpful, pointing out the specials., one of which gave me more items for a lower price than what I was planning to order. The food was very hot and delicious. I'm so surprised to see the negative reviews, as i had an exceptional experience. The managing partners were in the dining room. They introduced themselves and made me feel very welcome. If you've had a negative experience in the past, I encourage you to give this location another try.

The workers and manager are excellent people. Very helpful and friendly. By the way, KFC biscuits are bomb. Way better than Popeyes! Definitely recommend getting the 4-piece biscuit deal 👌🏽

I needed to use the restroom before ordering and I wasn't allowed and the shift manager argued with over making a pruchase to use the restroom finally I left and used Wendy's next door and purchased food the staff at Wendy's were courteous and compassionate. I'm going to be honest. I am a DoorDasher & have been a Dasher for many years. Today I was pinged to go to KFC, but my mind unconsciously drove to Wendy's. (I typically get pinged to Wendy's a lot more often. That's why.) When I pulled into the parking lot, I clicked "arrived at store". As I got out of my car, I realized I was at the wrong restaurant. I got back into my car & drove next door to KFC. Upon exiting my car, I was met by the manager. He proceeded to lecture me. He asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said, "Yes. For DoorDash". He then began telling me that their restaurant was prompted that I had arrived 2 mins ago. He told me that I couldn't do that. Then he walked me to the entrance & told me, at the door, that I can only confirm "arrived at store" when I'm at the door. Then once I get the order, I have to click "confirm" before leaving the restaurant. I didn't have the energy to argue or explain to him what happened so I just told him, "Ok. Thank you". I know that there are some Dashers that may not follow rules or do things incorrectly, but that does not represent ALL DoorDashers! I take my job seriously & I perform with professionalism. I'm a human being & I make mistakes. Please don't degrade me or make it sound like ALL Dashers are incompetent. Also, by making me hit the confirm button so quickly, I don't even have a chance to look at my app screen & see what the order is. I'm not just going to pick up an order without looking at the receipt. Thanks for making me have a mental breakdown.
The craziest thing is, it's not my first rodeo going to KFC to pick up a DoorDash order. I've seen the manager & he has seen me many times. If I'm treated with disrespect next time, I will remember to be vocal about it & defend myself. My other option is to report the disrespect to DoorDash support.
As for KFC food, the chicken is ok, but not as great as Popeyes. On bad days & times, the chicken is very, very dry. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some employees are nice & others, not so much. Some are rude & have attitudes.
I will continue to do my job as a DoorDasher & pick up orders for my customers, but as far as being a KFC customer, forget about it! I will take my business else where.

you really need to check your order close, they short changed my order, hope it was accidental
Whoever was on night shift around 7 30 p.m. on March 20th the chicken was amazing. It was crispy, juicy, buttery, and just made with so much love. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Overall, whoever this night shift is needs to stay together.
