Placed an order over the phone for pick up. They said it’d be ready in 20 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes and they said they never received the order. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my 2 so called “Hot n’ Ready” pizzas lol.

This 2800 McHenry ave pizza the calxone pizza had nothing in the calxone only bread no cheese meat or sauce I got a 6" pizza and bread ,talk to manger and he said that's the way they make it there I called other places and said there should be meat and sauce and cheese in the calxone what's wrong with them didn't even offer to remake it and hung up on me ,,don't buy there ,, no star,,

This has always been my go-to location for when I want to get Little Caesars Pizza which happens to be about once or twice a month. The past 2 experiences I've had have been sub-par. I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews or speak negatively on the character of people who work in service, but the ladies they have currently working there are not motivated to provide good customer service. They drag their feet, make it seem as if they are tired beyond measures, and don't work with a sense of urgency. I'll be giving this location a break for the time being.

I went there tonight and wen i orders over the phone i told them my order and wen i got there it was not what i told them and wen i said i didn’t order that much the girl at the register got rude. The past couple of times I've ordered from here they have been rude. Horrible customer service

The little girls working the night shift are super Rude, they are very unprofessional Both the girls that are working on 4/2/23 Have N0 customer skills and should not be dealing with customers Last time I ever buy from Little caesars Especially when there is a pizza place on every corner.
