I worked at a pizza joint when I was younger and never even thought to act in the manner I witnessed tonight.
I have lived in this city all of my life and have come to this location since I was a child. Never…I mean never…has it been this bad.
Front counter team member was polite but the so called manager in the back was the rudness and probably needs to take customer service courses.
