Ordered through app, requested pizza to be cooked well done. Upon arrival, the middle of the pizza is practically uncooked, very doughy/soggy and many pieces of pepperoni were uncooked. Very annoyed that I paid an extra $3+ for "old world pepperoni" & 85% of it is uncooked. Also the cookie dough bromine bites aren't worth it, tastes like something from Hostess or Little Debbie. Few things suck more than spending money on disappointing food.

My kids wanted some pizza for dinner, haven't been to little Caesars in awhile... ordered 2 of the pretzel crust pizza and it was the biggest mistake ever!!! It was just their regular pizza with salt literally thrown all over the pizza, worst pizza ever, had to throw it out, kids couldn't even eat it!!! Last time that will happen!!!

Over at the Oakdale location there was a kind young woman named Alyssa who had THE BEST customer service i've ever experienced. She did everything she could to help us out and did it with a smile on her face and understanding attitude. we LOVE alyssa and look forward to seeing her again at the store! thanks again alyssa!

This store keeps getting worse and worse. They keep putting less and less on their pizza and the crazy bread gets smaller and smaller. I won’t be going there anymore. I’ll drive a bit further to a store that isn’t trying to to be so cheap. Literally three inches of crust and barely any cheese and sauce ?

I literally called twelve times they never picked up. I called Pizza hut they picked up the first time.

Waiting 10 minutes and literally heard the workers say they don't wanna take anyone's order, there is a man with a mobile order that can't get his order cause the machine won't open so he eventually forced it open cause no one wants to help us, and there are employees sweeping instead of helping us worst customer service ever a complete disappointment

They never ask you if you would like napkins with your pizza you have to ask for it,they stopped giving you peppers for your pizza,what a Joke!
