Deepdish has absolutely no sauce, and first thing i heard when I walk in was, can yiu go up there i dont feel like talking to him lol haha. Pizza was garbage sadly. Haven't had one in a long time

I am a NAVY veteran and this was the second time Little Caesar’s denied me a veterans meal. Why even offer a free veterans meal if you are going to tell them you ran out of veteran meals. I will also write the CEO of Little Caesars about this matter. Never again will I order from this pizza chain.

I made my order at 2 pm over the phone and came to pick up ,to tell me sorry my coworker have you order way we are sorry ,you have to choices either your wait another 15 min or you want your refund such a bad manager and very un sensitive ,my 4 year old saying mommy I’m hungry keep in mined I made the order early for when my kids get out of school the can eat . She was very inconsiderate she didn’t even offer a discount !! Will never go back horrible service ,the employees were giving the wrong orders to the customers as well

Ordered 2 stuffed crazy crust pizzas today. Pepperoni, well done, and 1 sausage, well done. Had my daughter pick up the order. When we got home I noticed our pizzas were NOT crazy crust. Thought one of the pizzas was a cheese pizza then saw it had just a few pieces of sausage. Both pizzas were NOT well done. I went in to tell them and all they offered was to add the garlic and cheese to the crust. They said they couldn't do anything about the amount of sausage they put. Which I understand that they have to measure, but maybe spreading them around and not just dumping them on one side of the pizza would be nice. That way we dont have slices with only cheese. Taste was not very good either, I felt like I was eating raw dough.

Bought a few pizzas and bread sticks. On one of the combo pizzas slices had a rock in the pizza and when I bit into it, I broke my tooth. I when to the dentist and called little caesars and the owners avoided me for two weeks. Then finally I get a phone call from a guy that claimed to be the owner. Same guy i explained the issue the day that I broke my tooth. He called me because I made a claim with their eight hundred number. He then asked me what I want to do about it after I explain what had happened with my tooth with the pizza I bite into. I said i just want my tooth fixed cause it hurts. He said, how do you know it was from my pizza, we don’t put rocks in the pizza. I told him, well know you don’t put rocks on the pizza. But that doesn’t mean that the vegetables are one hundred percent clean from foreign objects. He then tells me that when they put the vegetables they look for rocks and things and that it couldn’t have happen to them. He then says, so what do you want to do. I said fix my tooth and thats it. He said then, do what ever you want and hung up. Very RUDE and unprofessional owner!

Almost 10 minute wait before someone stepped up to the counter. Ordered my hot and ready items, 15-20 minute wait. 7 of us now waiting in the lobby, some ordered ahead and their order wasn't ready, other waiting for their "hot and ready". The store itself is dirty, if it was raining I would understand foot prints on the tile but it hasn't soooo......and do something about the damn flies......
.......and now the first lady that ordered ahead has had enough and just cancelled her order and is getting refunded.... that's starting to sound like a good idea....
.......this gets better and better, another lady just returned her delivered pizza, right ticket, wrong pizza and the staff is chuckling about it, she got a refund and she's pissed .......
....

Open sign was on and the door was unlocked but they said they were closed. If you have hours turn off your sign and lock the door common sense. Employee was rude

Food is always good but cashier didn’t have very good customer service. Went on a thursday around 8 pm. He looked like his favorite whale just sank. We’ve all had those days but Im guessing he’s like that everytime he works. Need friendlier employees
