This guy at front looks like he doesn’t know what is doing. He made wait 30 minutes for just 2 orders of puff. At the end he gave me the 2 that were sitting in the hot box since the beginning. I just wait for nothing. I don’t understand is supposed to be hot and ready so wait wait????
We hardly ever get Little Caesars so for us to go in and have an iffy experience really sucks maybe a manager or owner will read it and make some changes.First complaint or mention I called place an order they said 10 minutes which was fine. We got there six minutes after ordering paid and waited which is no big deal but we ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes.Secondly, Customer service here is horrible. I get there a bunch of teenagers but come on is key when working and customer service as well. Say hello to people who walk in ask if everybody has been helped. Something, It’s just weird and cold in there like everybody’s a robot.Then, is that one we got order and we opened up the box which I guess it’s common sense check yourself before you leave always anywhere you go but our order “ cheese and herb puffs” It’s supposed to come with four and it came with three. There was also the number three in parentheses on our tag, which I didn’t understand and when I called to ask about it, they said that they would remake them. I was waiting for my order of sushi and I told him I would be there right after and they said they had some already made mind my 10 year old son was hungry and so was I and we had already been waiting so yeah I let him eat them.I did come in with the box and I did let them know and I asked why 3 Was on the box they said that’s the name of the puffs which it’s not online it doesn’t and then they said well since you ate them we can’t give you another one. Which was fine I just, annoying hut Im not one to blow things up. I did let them know that if they had a managers someone there you know communication needs to be clear on the phone because when I came in and said, I called the person in the front didn’t even know I called or what I was talking about. Also, when I called, they probably should have said bring in the order most pizza places Just let you order and fix your order or as long as you brought in the box which I did which I guess it’s little Caesars so makes sense.

Arrived at 8:55pm and was told they close at 9pm when there sign/online says 9:30pm. Don’t waste your time, we were willing to purchase any pizza they had ready, but they said they had nothing left.

Pizza and bread were great but when I walked in and being the person there, a kid was on his phone and NEVER looked up until I spoke. I dont think he ever would have. Nobody deserves that kind of service.

Just ordered there today and saw their pizzas got thinner. Have been noticing a lot of these restaurants are skimping out and expecting customers to continue paying the same price or more when the prices go up. Not right to rip off customers and expect them to come back.
I asked for 1 Supreme and 1 pepperoni but only got charged for the Supreme while i asked for both the Supreme and Pepperoni,So little ceasers if you see this please tell your workers to not be deaf because my weekend already got ruined before It even started.

No a/c in this restaurant it felt like 120F inside, it was cooler outside and it was hot. This is ridiculous for the employees and customers to have to endure that kind of heat. If an employee ever passes out or worse I hope they sue the owner for being so stingy...
