This is the cutest little shop. They had great breakfast and lunch options. The pink chai is a must if you like chai lattes. Also some of the best customer service we have had in a long time. We would 100% return again.

The breakfast south x southwest is a fantastic biscuit breakfast sandwich made with buttery and flakey biscuits and a sauce that should be bottled for seperate purchase. It is a delicious green chile aioli. There was a rare find here for me that I will hope to find elsewhere. The pink chia latte. It was a beautiful drink with vibrant flavor. The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent to support the atmosphere and food. If I'm ever in the area again I will for sure return.
Vegetarian options: They are accommodating to those that are vegetarian. They will remove the meat or substitute the meat from menu items.
Parking: There is a normal amount of street parking and there is a side lot also

Such a great little boutique breakfast place. The food was so fresh and delicious. The inside is very small but absolutely devine and just such a cute vibe. I didn't have coffee or pastries but they definitely looks so good. Can't wait to go back for a coffee date with my husband

The cutest little cafe next to the courthouse! I dropped by when I was in town for jury duty and was impressed by the cute decor, kind staff, and expansive menu. It reminds me of the cafes in my SF neighborhood - plenty of people chatting / reading / working on laptops. I sat and read for an hour during my lunch break. 10/10 would return :-) Thank you for making my jury duty day 100% less of a drag!!

Such an adorable place to get breakfast! It’s small so not accommodating for larger parties but still so cute! There is indoor and outdoor dining and they have a large selection of coffees and teas. Breakfast was fast and so delicious! My husband ordered the “Benny on a Bun” and I ordered the English muffin with their house homemade jam with a fruit cup. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They seemed very happy to be working there and that makes a huge difference in service. Keep up the great work! Will return!

First time. Food was great. Got the platter breakfast and Cajun potatoes. Food was fresh an tasty staff was so friendly. I'll be telling people to come. It is first come first serve and does have limited seating but if you have to wait a bit it's worth it. (Not your typical greasy spoon but a great combo of trendy and traditional) ps I live greasy spoons spots

My mom and I came because of the fantastic reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Excellent service and delicious, fresh, unique takes on familiar dishes. Even the "everything focaccia" for my sandwich was just baked that morning. Expect a wait at popular times, but it's well worth it.
