I’m so disappointed with this business. I sent my husband to buy milkshakes for my family today ,Thursday as they have advertised the buy one get one free milkshake . After paying my husband noticed that the BOGO was not applied when hhe asked the cashier she stated that unless he mentioned the promotion before purchase , she would not give him the buy one get one free deal. Proceeded to tell my husband that she would not refund him and that there was nothing she could do about it. That is poor business, false advertisement, and very dishonest of this company do better Mango crazy.
Update : Owner contacted me and stated he will
Look into it and call me back tomorrow .

Went to use my $5.00 birthday rewards and the 2 gals working today, said ooh our app is down. I said ok I how do I use my reward? They said you can not we don't honor those, all I can do is give you Agua Fresca. I was confused every year they send me a an email it says mango crazy $5 birthday reward??? Why send these rewards and you can use them. Ugh!!@#$%*&^

Tosticeviche was "PODRIDO" first bite I almost throw up, call back to the store, no manager on site, they supposed to call me back the next day but they didn't, service was ok, but be careful when you order seafood from them, definitely not coming back, owner maybe keep trying saving money with old ceviche but losing customers? No bueno.

Clean facility, great food/drinks/ice cream, and amazing customer service. My family and I love coming here. This is one of our favorite spots to grab a treat.
Kid-friendliness: Super friendly service, taste test for indecisive or picky kids with flavors loved by adults and kids.
I’m a loyal member but them switching up they systems and me not being able to redeem my points for the last 2wks is ridiculous and I could have redeemed 2x by now and they are taking forever to give me any information to be able to use my points.

We went for the first time and service was quick for the smoothies being freshly made! They tasted amazing on a hot (100°+) day and really hit the spot (flavors were Hawaiian and Miami). Both employees who helped us were kind and we will be coming back. Parking wasn’t hard to find and the surrounding area felt safe.*We can only speak to the smoothies out of all of their other offerings

They say open at 11 but its now 11:23 and the doors are still locked. We tried at the door and someone just looked at us like we were stupid. Will no longer be getting gift cards for here. This happened at the Floyd location.

Great seafood & snacks & aguas frescos made fresh to order!! Delicious!! Especially good is the fresh corn off the cob in a cup, it’s buttery cheesy good!! My all time favorite is the fresh cucumber ceviche boats filled with shrimp, imitation crab & pico de gallo with spicy goodness !! It’s the best!! They have mangonadas, ice cream & so much more!!!
Previously as a customer the experience was fine. Then today happened. I am a service worker, and it's hard to find a restroom. I walked in, dressed in my uniform, the clerk smirked and said I can't let you in the restroom unless you buy something. Poor etiquette and a poor way to treat your customers. ?

We took the whole extended family! The employees were so patient with all 11 kids as they continually changed their orders. Everything was fresh and delicious. The menu is so different from anything I’ve ever tried. We will definitely be repeat customers!
