Hello, I’m a Dasher and had a very unpleasant experience during a pickup from Maria Tacos. It seems it was the restaurant manager. The manager was rude and treated me disrespectfully. I’d like to report this incident and ensure it’s reviewed.

There is a man in the customer service, he doesn’t know how to talk with the customers and dashers .and he is so impolite. I don’t know if he is the manager of the restaurant. He must be changed from this position. There should be hired a polite manager.

I ordered menudo last night and received lukewarm menudo with gritty hard hominy like it wasn’t cooked long enough. I would have taken it back but i threw it up and had to lay down. I used to come all the time but never again

I have literally never left a review but I received my food and there was a dead moth that clearly got trapped when they were packing the food. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to let them know that a moth got sealed in the container with the food, but every time I called it cut off and said the line was busy with no chance to leave a message. I was originally just going to call and let them know because I've ordered so many times and never had an issue but the fact that I couldn't get through after something so disgusting.... It just shows that they're not handling the food properly because it was the first thing I saw when I opened the sealed box. I won't be eating any of the other food that I ordered and I don't see myself eating here again.

I hadn't been here since 2001. It was still just as good as I remember. The staff was super friendly and service was really quick. The food was really good. I love their salsa bar
1st time here and we ordered the enchiladas plate, and the #24 which comes with a tamale, chile releno, and enchiladas. Loved their salsa, rice, beans, and chile releno. Authentic Mexican food with great service. We will be back soon.

Food has changed! No salt in the beans, different enchilada sauce! Very bland and when I called to see why everything was different 2 separate girls were rude! I said I was going to give a bad review and her response was, so it won't hurt our business! I've been going there since the 90s, I know the food is different now! When we lived in Atwater the food at that location was very good. I called them once because the beans didn't taste right. The girl tasted them and said oh no they forgot the salt! She apologized and was very nice. Never going back there again!
