very rude honestly never coming here again made me wait almost 10 minutes in line reminder there are 2 lines they kept helping the one on the other line making me wait and kept saying “one sec “ until the 4th time she yelled at me “hold on” they helped the other 4 cars and would not take my order so i just left very rude do not come here

I ordered 1 sausage biscuit. Payed and pulled to the next window I waited there for a few minutes then I pulled up to the third window No one was there either. I waited for a few minutes. Two cars behind me got their food and left. I drove back around to the pay window. They told me to wait at the next window. A lady showed up and told me to wait at parking 3. It took a total of 11 minutes to get 1 item.

Ordered at kiosk, waited 30 minutes before I figured something was wrong. Went to the counter and asked where my food was and they had no record of my food. Showed them a recipe and table number. The got my food, Luke warm fries, nuggets were old and fries also cold. Chicken sandwich was warm. Won't be back to McDonald's anytime soon. Wow has McDonald's gone down hill. Huge thumbs down......

Came through drive through asked for light ice and they put lots of ice when I asked for less ice they gave me this , I don’t know if this is right or not but I didn’t pay for it to be less full put more ice coffee and they put black coffee. I just threw my drink away. It was too strong and I could not enjoy. I paid for an iced coffee and I basically got a black coffee with milk is what it tasted like.

I would not recommend this McD. It’s the “New” style of McDs where there is no playground for the kids, their is no fountain drinks out side for self serve, and the inside is structured to get you in and out.
Service was also slow, workers are mainly on the back and they do give you a refill if you ask, but you have to wait until they come to the casher to ask them or get their attention from the back. Best to drive an extra 2-3 miles to find a more family friendly McDs with better service.

first time ive stopped at this location. went through the drive thru for breakfast. best out of all the mcds ive been too.. food was hot, fresh..coffee hot .made correctly..the soda was great and the service was great at each window etc. great job

I ordered my food in the drive thru and there were no cars behind me and took so long to get my order, I had to wait around 20 minutes and then they told me my order was never prepared even though I had paid. Then waited more for my food to finally come😑

The food was disgusting I bought a hamburger and fries and a drink it like I was eating a rubber tire will never go back to them again no McDonald's no more garbage food and it's costing a lot more when it's cheaper to go and buy your food and make it
